Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all Visitors, Exhibitors, and Sponsors registering for participation at FitNation Expo 2025 (the “Event”). By registering on Www.tamkeenexpo.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and any supplemental conditions communicated to you.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:
• “We/Us/Our/Company”: Tamkeen Exhibitions and its affiliated entities.
• “Event”: FitNation Expo 2025 or any related ancillary events, workshops, or networking sessions organized by Tamkeen Exhibitions.
• “Participant”/“You/Your”: Any individual registering or attending the Event as a Visitor, Exhibitor, or Sponsor.
• “Exhibitor”: A registered entity showcasing products, services, or solutions at the Event.
• “Sponsor”: A registered entity providing sponsorship support for the Event.
• “Visitor”: An attendee registered to explore the Event but not participating as an Exhibitor or Sponsor.
• “Personal Data”: Information provided during registration, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, and business details.
2. Registration
2.1 Registration Details:
Participants must complete the online registration form on https://tamkeenexpo.com/Home/JoinUs accurately. Any incomplete or false information may result in denial of access to the Event.
2.2 Confirmation:
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email confirmation, including additional instructions, event details, and (if applicable) a QR code for entry.
2.3 Special Requirements:
If you have specific dietary, accessibility, or other special requirements, you must notify us no later than 10 (Ten) business days before the Event. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee fulfilment.
2.4 Data Sharing:
By registering, you consent to your Personal Data being shared with third parties such as exhibitors, sponsors, service providers, and other participants to facilitate networking, Event operations, and follow-up communications.
2.5 Cybersecurity Disclaimer:
While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee protection against all cybersecurity risks. By registering, you acknowledge the inherent risks of data sharing and storage.
3. Health, Safety, and Liability
3.1 Health Disclaimer:
Tamkeen Exhibitions does not guarantee your health or safety during the Event. Participation is at your own risk. You are advised to take necessary precautions, including maintaining personal health insurance.
3.2 Safety Regulations:
Participants must adhere to all safety protocols outlined by Tamkeen Exhibitions and the Event Venue. Non-compliance may result in removal from the Event without refund.
3.3 Force Majeure:
Tamkeen Exhibitions will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
4. Data Processing and Privacy
4.1 Data Usage:
Your Personal Data will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for purposes related to the Event, including registration, communication, and post-event analysis.
4.2 Networking Tools:
Your contact details may be included in the official Participant list or networking tools for the Event. If you wish to opt out, please notify us at marketing@tamkeenexpo.com at least 15 working business days before the Event.
4.3 Marketing:
By registering, you agree to receive communications related to Tamkeen Exhibitions and its future events. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Event Content:
All intellectual property related to the Event (including presentations, materials, and visuals) is owned by Tamkeen Exhibitions or its partners. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use Event Content without prior written permission.
5.2 Event Branding:
Use of Tamkeen Exhibitions logos or branding is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
6. Participation Conditions
6.1 Event Passes:
You must present a valid Event pass (digital or physical) for entry. Lost or stolen passes may be replaced at our discretion and may incur additional charges.
6.2 Behavior:
Participants must behave professionally and respectfully. Tamkeen Exhibitions reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unethical behavior.
6.3 Business Activities:
Exhibitors and Sponsors may conduct business only within their designated booths or spaces. Unauthorized commercial activity in public or other exhibitors’ spaces is prohibited.
6.4 Photographs and Recordings:
By attending the Event, you consent to Tamkeen Exhibitions capturing and using your image or likeness in photographs, videos, or promotional materials without compensation.
7. Liability and Limitation
7.1 Event Risks:
You attend the Event at your own risk. Tamkeen Exhibitions will not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event unless directly caused by our negligence.
7.2 No Guarantees:
Tamkeen Exhibitions does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as business deals or partnerships, resulting from participation in the Event.
7.3 Cybersecurity Risks:
Tamkeen Exhibitions will not be liable for unauthorized access to Participant data due to cybersecurity incidents, including hacking or data breaches.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
8.1 Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance.
8.2 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from participation in the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
